FAQs
What are your payment options?
We currently accept cash, card, Venmo and Apple Pay. We ask for a $50 deposit one week in advance to reserve your time. The remaining balance can be paid at the end of your show.
Are the encounters safe?

Do participants need to sign a waiver?
No, event participants do not need to sign waivers. When you book your show with us you are agreeing to all disclaimers, terms & conditions.
Yes. Every animal we bring to an event has been socialized for many hours by our own kids (safely supervised). We ask that our guests follow our verbal instructions at the beginning of each show to keep them and the animals safe. This includes being gentle, no yelling, and washing hands/using hand sanitizer (provided) after handling. We are insured, but our goal is to keep all guests and animals safe by following directions given. If guests put anyone’s safety at risk we reserve the right to stop the show with no refund.
Rich Reptiles should arrive 10 minutes before the event time to set up for the show. If participants are late our guide may start the show before everyone arrives. Please remind your guests to be on time or give a buffer window for everyone to be there before our show time. Please make sure the contact person has their phone with them in case we need last minute information en route.
